Coby Donaldson has served as Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Western Midstream since October 2025.

Mr. Donaldson has 20 years of experience spanning the midstream and upstream energy sectors. Over his career, Mr. Donaldson has focused on information technology and project management, specializing in infrastructure, telecommunications, and security for several major industries. Prior to joining Western Midstream, Mr. Donaldson served as Vice President of Information Technology for Aris Water Solutions. Additionally, Mr. Donalson held the position of Vice President of Cybersecurity and Tech Support at Crestwood Midstream.

Mr. Donaldson holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
