Kate Sloan has served as Vice President of Transformation since March 2021. Prior, Mrs. Sloan served as Vice President, Corporate Planning for Western Midstream starting in November 2019.

Mrs. Sloan most recently served as the Director of Midstream Planning, accountable for financial planning activities on behalf of WES and Anadarko. During her 15 years at Anadarko, Mrs. Sloan served in various roles in corporate planning, investor relations, asset planning, and operations.

Mrs. Sloan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant.
