Western Gas Partners, LP and Western Gas Equity Partners, LP Announce Third Quarter 2013 Distribution and Schedule Earnings Conference Call

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Oct. 16, 2013–

Western Gas Partners, LP (NYSE: WES) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.58 per unit for the third quarter of 2013, representing a 4-percent increase over the prior quarter and a 16-percent increase over the third quarter of 2012. The distribution is payable on November 12, 2013, to unitholders of record at the close of business onOctober 31, 2013.

Western Gas Equity Partners, LP (NYSE: WGP) also announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.21375 per unit for the third quarter of 2013, representing an 8-percent increase over the prior quarter. The distribution is payable on November 21, 2013, to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2013.

The Partnerships plan to report their third-quarter 2013 results after the market closes on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Management will host a conference call on Thursday, November 7, 2013, at 11 a.m. CST (12 p.m. EST) to discuss quarterly results.
