Brooke Paige has served as Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security, at Western Midstream since March 2025. She previously served as Director, Process Safety and Operational Risk, starting in 2024. 

 Before joining Western Midstream, Ms. Paige worked at LyondellBasell for 23 years in roles of increasing responsibility within various diverse functions such as environmental (including air quality and remediation), process engineering, process safety, operational excellence, and quality. During that time, Ms. Paige worked in the Refining, Petrochemicals, and Corporate divisions. 

Ms. Paige holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
