DJ Basin

With five active gas processing plants and our Central Oil Stabilization Facility (COSF), our DJ Basin assets provide gathering, processing, and treating services across one of the most active basins in the United States.

Oil

Our DJ Basin oil system gathers high-vapor-pressure crude oil from the Wattenberg field into our COSF. The COSF includes two 250,000-barrel oil storage tanks and connectivity to local storage owned by Energy Transfer, LP.

Natural Gas

The DJ Basin complex leverages Western Midstream’s vast infrastructure of pipeline and processing plants to provide a variety of delivery points for our customers.

The DJ Basin complex includes the Platte Valley, Fort Lupton, Wattenberg, Lancaster Trains I and II, and Latham Trains I and II processing plants, as well as the Wattenberg gathering system.

Communicating with Our Stakeholders

Our DJ Basin operations are supported by our Community Inquiry Reporting and Response team that openly and regularly communicates with landowners, government officials, and other stakeholders near our operations and provides them with a dedicated reporting and response hotline that is available 24/7.
