Pay-for-Performance Compensation

  • Pay packages that are competitive in our business and geographic markets, including base pay, merit increases, an annual bonus program, and incentive-based awards.
  • The WES Cash Bonus Program, which provides you with an opportunity to earn an annual cash bonus based on your individual performance as well as company performance toward safety and environmental, operational, and financial goals.
  • Quarterly Field Bonus Program, which provides field employees with the opportunity to earn a quarterly cash bonus (in addition to the annual WES Cash Bonus) based on the asset team’s performance against specific safety, environmental, and financial goals for the quarter.

Work/Life Balance

  • A Paid Time Off (PTO) program based on life experience (your age minus 22) that combines all your time off into a single bank of hours. You can accrue from 160 to 280 hours of PTO annually as a full-time employee, based on your age.
  • Other paid leave programs including short-term disability, long-term disability, pregnancy leave, bonding leave, bereavement leave, military leave, and jury duty.
  • Nine company-recognized holidays during the year, in addition to a floating holiday.
  • For West Texas personnel, an option to work 7-on/7-off or 14-on/14-off schedule, dependent on role, to further promote work/life balance
  • Volunteer programs that pay $40 to an eligible non-profit organization for every hour you volunteer, up to $800 annually, along with a 50% match on your donation to eligible non-profits, up to $1,000 annually.
