Discover How WES is More

Western Midstream offers a competitive benefits package that emphasizes pay-for-performance compensation, work/life balance, premium health benefits, and a top-tier savings plan.

Pay-for-Performance Compensation

  • Pay packages that are competitive in our business and geographic markets, including base pay, merit increases, an annual bonus program, and incentive-based awards.
  • The WES Cash Bonus Program, which provides you with an opportunity to earn an annual cash bonus based on your individual performance as well as company performance toward safety and environmental, operational, and financial goals.

Work/Life Balance

  • A Paid Time Off (PTO) program based on life experience (your age minus 22) that combines all your time off into a single bank of hours. You can accrue from 160 to 280 hours of PTO annually as a full-time employee, based on your age.
  • Other paid leave programs including short-term disability, long-term disability, pregnancy leave, bonding leave, bereavement leave, military leave, and jury duty.
  • Nine company-recognized holidays during the year, in addition to a floating holiday.
  • Volunteer programs that pay $40 to an eligible non-profit organization for every hour you volunteer, up to $800 annually, along with a 50% match on your donation to eligible non-profits, up to $1,000 annually.

Premium Health Benefits Package

  • UnitedHealthcare administers Western Midstream’s medical, dental, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Employee Assistance Program. WES offers two types of medical plans, which both include prescription drug and mental-health/substance-abuse coverage.
  • WES matches the first $800 ($1,500 match for family coverage) contributed to a Health Savings Account when enrolled in a High-Deductible Health Plan.
  • Paid life insurance at twice your salary, accident insurance, and numerous other benefits like Adoption Assistance, Identify Protection, and Backup Care.

Top-Tier Savings Plan

  • Company-matching contribution of 100% on the first 6% of eligible pay to your Western Midstream Savings Plan, which is fully vested immediately.
  • An additional company base contribution of 5% of eligible pay, regardless of contribution level, fully vesting after three years of service.
