Mike Forsyth has served as Senior Vice President, North Operations, of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP since October 2022. In this role, he oversees the organization’s operations in the DJ Basin, Wyoming, and Utah.  

Mr. Forsyth has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry. Since joining Anadarko in 2005, Mr. Forsyth served in various roles of increasing responsibility throughout Anadarko’s midstream engineering organization, including Vice President, Engineering, General Manager, Infrastructure Planning, Facilities Engineering Manager, and most recently Vice President, Engineering, for WES. Prior to joining Anadarko, Mr. Forsyth served in engineering and project management roles at various construction and engineering firms.

Mr. Forsyth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University. Since October 2022, Mr. Forsyth has served as a Director on the Board of Directors for the GPA Midstream Association.
