Phil Neisel has served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary for Western Midstream since November 2019 and as in-house corporate counsel for Western Midstream and its predecessor partnerships since 2009.

Prior to joining, Mr. Neisel served as a corporate attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and as corporate counsel for Enterprise Products Partners L.P. Mr. Neisel began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Neisel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
