Crystal Sled has served as Vice President, Human Capital Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion of the general partner of Western Midstream Partners, LP since May 2021. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources starting in June 2020.

During her 15 years at Anadarko, Ms. Sled served in roles of increasing responsibility throughout Anadarko’s Finance Marketing and Human Resource Organizations, including Talent Management Manager, Information Systems Manager, Data Management Manager, Senior Business Partner, and Project Management Manager.

Ms. Sled holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University. She sits on the boards of the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas and the Cynthia Woods-Mitchell Pavilion.
