Erik Storsteen has served as Vice President, Planning & Execution since July 2026. He previously served as Vice President, Engineering and Construction and as a Senior Director leading the Engineering and Construction team.  

Mr. Storsteen has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Since joining Anadarko in 2012, Mr. Storsteen has served as a facilities engineer, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in engineering and management before overseeing operations of gas and oil processing facilities in the Delaware Basin starting in 2020.   Mr. Storsteen began his career in engineering at Hess Corporation in 2005, where he held various process engineering roles supporting natural gas processing, oil stabilization, and facility optimization across domestic and international operations. 

Mr. Storsteen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
