Jordan Lake has served as the Vice President, Commercial Water Development, for Western Midstream since October 2025. 

Mr. Lake has more than 13 years of experience spanning the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors in the energy industry. Over his career, Mr. Lake has held a variety of increasing roles and responsibilities in commercial development, project management, and midstream operations at Aris Water Solutions, ExxonMobil, and Enterprise Products. Prior to joining Western Midstream, Mr. Lake served as Vice President of Commercial Development for Aris Water Solutions.

Mr. Lake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management from Baylor University.
