Laura Naida has served as Vice President, North Operations, for Western Midstream since February 2025. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. She previously served as Director of West Texas Gathering Operations beginning in August 2024 and Director of South Texas Operations starting in 2022. 
 
Ms. Naida has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She began her career with Environmental Resources Management before joining Anadarko in 2019, where she held various leadership roles within the Health, Safety, and Environmental organization.  
 
Ms. Naida holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, both from Washington State University.
