Michael Sullivan has served as Vice President, South Operations, for Western Midstream since March 2025. He previously served in Operations Management as the Senior Director of South Operations starting in 2024. 

Mr. Sullivan has more than 15 years of experience in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry.  He began his career in midstream engineering at Universal Pegasus International in 2009. Mr. Sullivan joined Anadarko in 2012 as a facility engineer and has taken on roles of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Planning, and Project Management including overseeing the construction and start-up of the Mentone III Gas Plant in West Texas.  

Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station.
