Primary Logo with Advancing Energy Tagline:
This primary Western Midstream logo with the tagline Advancing Energy should be used whenever possible to represent the brand.
Advancing Energy Only:
This logo should be used when the primary logo is too large for the intended application.
When used by itself, this logo is intended for internal use only. It should only be used externally with the use of the primary logo for communications, promotional items, documents, applications, or signage. Advancing Energy should not include a trademark.
The Advancing Energy tagline should not be present when utilizing circle logos.
The primary logo should be used in conjunction with the Advancing Energy tagline-only logo. Example: Western Midstream primary logo is on the shirt chest, with the Advancing Energy logo on the sleeve.
DO NOT combine the Advancing Energy tagline with the circle logos. Due to its size, avoid embroidery products when using the primary logo with a tagline.
This primary Western Midstream logo should be used whenever possible to represent the brand.

Volunteer Program: WES is More
WES is More represents the Western Midstream social involvement and volunteering efforts. This logo may be utilized for promotional materials representing such efforts in the community when the Western Midstream primary logo is also present. This logo is not intended to be utilized in lieu of the primary Western Midstream logos for external content and promotional items. Corporate Communications must approve all promotional items containing the WES is More logo.
Safety Program: LiveSafe
LiveSAFE is a brand for the Western Midstream safety framework. This logo should be used for HSSE materials to represent the LiveSAFE brand whenever possible. To maintain consistency, there is a restricted number of color variants for the LiveSAFE logo. Current versions include full color, white, black or solid blue [PMS 646].
The HSSE group must approve all promotional items containing the LiveSAFE logo. The Western Midstream primary logo should be used in conjunction with the LiveSAFE logo.
Example: LiveSAFE logo on the shirt’s chest with the Western Midstream primary logo on the sleeve.
Additional Logo Guidelines
Correct Logo Use:
To maintain consistency, the Western Midstream logo has a restricted number of color variants. Current versions include full color, white, or black.
The examples on the right show different color formats for the reproduction of the Western Midstream logo.
Black or White Logos:
Use these logos when the full-color logo does not have enough contrast with the background.
Incorrect Logo Use:
Always use the approved logos as indicated. The logo should never be compromised, and designs should be altered to accommodate the logo correctly.
DO NOT try to re-create, manipulate, or change the logo in any way.
DO NOT use a logo missing a registered trademark for external presentations, documents, or promotional items.
Print Advertising, Visual Media, Materials and Signage:
The Western Midstream primary logo with the Advancing Energy tagline is preferred for all visual applications unless such material describes a division or subsidiary of Western Midstream for which a design mark or logo is identified and approved.
Western Midstream’s design marks and logos should never be altered, reversed, rotated, angled, animated, or otherwise manipulated unless approved.
Logos should not appear transparent or translucent unless approved—never layer type, art, or any other material over a logo.
Logos should never push-in or slide-in from the left or right side of the screen nor drop-down or push-up from the top or bottom of the screen, and must always be expressed in a straight-on, forward-facing manner.

Creating Other Logos or Taglines
DO NOT create any logo(s) or taglines for any internal or external product, service, organization, campaign, group, or event without permission from Corporate Communications. If your product, service, organization, or campaign has a name, only a text version of the name may be used.
