Registered Trademarks

Proper trademark and service mark use of “Western Midstream” in all internal and external literature, advertising, and speech are essential to our brand and assets. DO NOT trademark the Advancing Energy tagline.

The Western Midstream name, phrase, and logo should include a registered trademark symbol, as indicated in the examples. Using the registered trademark symbol in superscript, uppercase, italics, parentheses, or another typestyle format ensures the trademark is associated with the Western Midstream name and brand.

When appropriate, include the note:
“Western Midstream is a trademark and service mark of Western Midstream Partners, LP.”
